Through focused coaching, practical review, and facility‑specific follow‑up, we help transform existing team members into top‑performing reimbursement resources. The goal is not dependence on outside support, but a self‑sufficient facility team that manages reimbursement processes with accuracy and consistency.

Our Consultants will use remote tools to prevent additional travel, lodging expenses for the facility. Travel to the facility can be arranged based on need with additional fees.
D. Review of facility documentation and provide recommendations for significant changes that could resolve negative issues and capture positive outcomes for metrics.
E. Training with designated facility staff for QIPP performance.
F. Monitoring of CMS reports for MDS corrections and report to the MDS Coordinator for modifications to correct data as applicable within the allowed timeframe
G. Diagnosis review and recommendations for inactive diagnosis resolution, physician query for antipsychotic medication management and appropriate diagnosis for antipsychotic medications being administered.
H. Review of incident / accident reports to verify accurate injury coding and/or make recommendations for corrective action as applicable
I. Review of decline in function scores for ambulatory residents who had decline in ability to ambulate including working with therapy/restorative staff to correct. Make recommendations for supportive documentation issues.

Reimbursement is subject to multiple audits for compliance. Protecting your billed revenue is increasingly becoming more difficult.
